Description
Before change:
Absences of Individual Resources can be planned only for full days.
After change:
Partial Absences can be planned for Individual Resources.
User can define in which time of the day the Individual Resource is Out of office (alternative: define how many hours of that day the Resource is unavailable, without defining a specific time of the day, to avoid irregularities compared to Workload Plans daily plan).
User can plan half day off.
When Half day off was planed the capacity is reduced 50%.
When user is assigned to e.x. two teams for 50% of his time and he takes the half day off the capacity for that day will be reduced 50% equally.
Use case:
I've created a Holiday Plan for each member of our team, and this works great when they take a full day off. The problem is, sometimes a person will only need to be out of office for a few hours and still be available to work the rest of the day.
