Description

Before change:
There is no supported process for the app migration from Jira Server to Jira Cloud.

After change:
There is the possibility to migrate at once Jira Server instance to Jira Cloud. The process is described and supported.
1. Prerequisite: Jira Server data are migrated to Cloud Instance
2. User makes a backup on Jira Server instance
3. Dump is converted to Jira Cloud requirements
4. User mapping is done
5. Dump is restored on Jira Cloud
