Description

Prerequisites: Create programBox and add new tool Trello to own scope

Reproduction steps:

1. Go to box configuration-> General->Basis of newly created program Box

2. Insert to "Program box lead" field a name of Trello user

Actual result:

Response from Trello is delayed and as a result, I get an empty list of users

Expected result:

User picker is finds available users from external platforms

Workaround: N/A
