Prerequisites:

Reproduction steps:

Navigate to Roadmap module of any box with multiple objectives and subboxes.
Click and hold on objective's grab-handle.
Try quickly moving it around between different subboxes.

Actual result: Objective does not always stick to the cursor - it stays in one subbox while the cursor is moved to another.

Expected result: Objective sticks to the cursor and follows it when D&D into another subbox.

Note: Sometimes green line appears next to the cursor where the objective should be dragged to, though it occurs rarely (screenshot attached).
