    Description

      If there is no matching Box to be shown in the Jira Project context, the permission are checked to know if the User can create a matching Box using wizard.

      If permisions are missing, there is a splash screen visible.

      →  no permissions of sub-box creator under Root box
      OR
      →   no permissions of Extcatalog Admin (e.g. Jira Project Admin) to create a matching Box based on that Jira Project
