Description

Prerequisites:
BP/BG 8.0.x installed

Reproduction steps:

Update BP to 8.1 line.

Actual result:
BP crashes during Upgrade Tasks due to unnecessary column removal during the update process.

Expected result:
BugPicture is updated successfully, data integrity is preserved, no unnecessary data it removed from database.

Workaround:
N/A

Developer's note:
UT's fail, an unnecessary column removal form WbsSubWbsFields
