Description

Prerequisites:
System Time Zone: UTC+0
BigPicture, BigPicture Enterprise and Tempo installed

Reproduction steps:

Create a new holiday scheme in Tempo
Add 01.09.2021 as fixed holiday
Navigate to BigPicture->Administration->Holiday Plans
Click Synchronise with Tempo
Click on the workload plan synchronised from Tempo to enter its details page
Check the date of fixed holiday
Change your system Time Zone to UTC -10
Refresh the the details page

Actual result:
The date of the fixed holiday is moved one day earlier.

Expected result:
Nothing changed - all dates in Holiday Plans are not changed.

Workaround: N/A
