      Reproduction steps:

      1. Open Overview in the Timeline mode.
      2. Snipe to any Box.
      3. Hover over a period mode icon of a Box and wait a few seconds.
      4. Move the cursor slightly.
      5. Repeat on a Task in the Gantt module.

      Actual result:
      The tooltips show up after few seconds or won't show up at all until the cursor is slightly moved after a delay

      Expected result:
      Tooltips appear instantly when hovered over.
