Story points conversion ratio allows entering 0 value

      Dla przyszłych Iteracji dostępne velocity (szare słupki na wykresie velocity) jest zazwyczaj nieznane, jest przeliczane przez Scrum mastera po wzięciu pod uwagę przelicznika Story point coversion ratio. Przelicznik zmienia się ze sprintu na sprint, bo zespół "uczy się" coraz lepiej estymować swoje velocity. Tak więc na raporcie na przyszłych iteracji lepiej jest pokazać, że velocity jest jeszcze nieznane (=0), i poczekać aż taki SM wpisze prawidłowe conversion ratio, wyliczone na bazie danych historycznych.
      Np. z poprzednich sprintów wynika, że zespół może zrealizować 20SP, więc SM w Capacity Planning wpisuje 20SP.
      Zmiana walidacji pola, tzn.umożliwienie wpisania 0, jeśli użytkownik rzeczywiście będzie chciał to zrobić celowo. Domyślnie jest nadal 1 i nie sugerujemy 0.

    Description

      Goal:

      Users using a velocity report can decide that the initial values of Story Points for Iterations in the future is 0 (regardless of the capacity).

      In this way, Users can enter the correct Story Points conversion ratio for the past and present Iterations (e.g. by calculating it on the side, based on historical data), and keep value 0 for the future Iterations to avoid confusion.

       

      Before change:

      Story Points conversion ratio accepts only values higher than 0.

       

      After change:

      Story Points conversion ratio accepts 0 and values higher than 0.
