    Description

      Before change

      Box viewer cannot see capacity planning icon.

      After change
      Box viewer can see the capacity icon in the header menu in the Board module. Box viewer can enter capacity planning screen directly from Board's toolbar. Once on the screen Box viewer cannot perform all available actions (he sees the screen in read only mode)
