Hypothesis: Business User are confused when entering BigPicture if e.g. field mapping is not set properly and might drop out from Trial. So the main and very important job of JiraAdmin is to make sure that BigPicture / BigGantt is well synchronized with Jira. This way business Users will be fully enabled to use the App to its maximum.
After change:
First Jira Admin entering BigPicture/BigGantt after installing the App can see a simple list with steps.

(assumption: this is an MVP of steps for Jira Admin, the order of steps and fields might change in the future, field mapping fields might be excluded/separated into many smaller sections).
Risk mapping is postponed and is not included in this checklist for now, as it seems too complex.
