    Description

      Before the change
      Out of view tasks are missing from dependency dialog and not displayed on infobar

      After the change

      • Out of view tasks are shown on dependency dialog
        • Additional icon indicates that the tasks are out of view
          • Tooltip message: Out of view (the dependent task is not displayed for some reason: filters applied, view settings, scope definition, etc.)
        • User can't snipe to out of view tasks 
      • Out of view tasks are displayed on infobar Infobar will be completed in a separate story ONE-51909
