    Description

      Before the change
      User can scroll Gantt Chart horizontally or vertically by the scrollbar on the bottom (inconvenient in huge Programs) or by swiping on trackpad.

      After the change
      A new metod to move vertically on Gantt Chart is implemented. User can grab an empty space (anywhere but taskbar or dependency) on the chart and move mouse to scroll horizontally or vertically.
