Description

Goal: Possibility to show e.g. comparison between original estimate and remaining estimate by generating a report with tasks workload in a defined period.

Before change:

Export to Excel on Resources module only contains Workload, Capacity and Remaining capacity for each Resource (or Skill) in a given day.

There is no possibility to download an excel file with detailed information about daily workload (or weekly / monthly) of each issue in the box.

On the Resources module it is only possible to see the total daily workload per each swimlane (Individual or Teams) and total per whole box.

After change:

Export to Excel on Resources module contains Workload, Capacity and Remaining capacity for each Resource (or Skill) in a given day.
In addition, there is information about tasks assigned to Resources and their duration, workload contour in a given day.

User can download an excel file with detailed information about daily workload (or weekly/ monthly) of each issue in the box.

tasks workload tab in the exported file contains columns in the order: TaskKey,TaskSummary, Assignee
tasks order is the same as on the resources grid: Unassigned on the top and then alphabetic order by assignee
Assignee in assignee column is visible in every row (next to each task)
if task has no assignee the 'Unassigned' appears next to the task in the row Assignee
columns with dates has the width adjusted, so the dates fit to them
summary row is separated from detailed tasks workload data

One of the reports that would be really valuable is a report of estimated hours, actual hrs, remaining hrs and forecasted final estimate.

On Resources module - for each assignee, how can I export original estimate of all issues in detail per day? I would like to create bar chart to compare between original estimate and actual time spent of each assignee for a certain period of time - week, month, etc.

I would like to export the resource tab of the bigpicture to a excel sheet including the separate tasks and capacities.

We need export with assignees, tasks and assigned hours per day on specific day for that task for a assignee. How can we do that?
